Located 60 miles from Boston, 96 miles from New Haven, and 168 miles from New York City, this spot sees about 60 trains on weekdays and 30 on weekends.

Tracks #1 and #2 carry Amtrak and MBTA passenger service, while Track #4 handles freight from the Providence & Worcester Railroad heading to and from the Davisville Rail Yard. Seaview Transportation Company operates the yard and trackage at Quonset Point, serving port and industrial customers.
