ABOUT THIS LIVESTREAM
Virtual Railfan's camera at Horseshoe Curve, hosted by the Altoona Railroaders Memorial Museum, streams one of the most famous railroading landmarks. Built by the Pennsylvania Railroad in 1854, the Curve bends the track 220 degrees to help trains climb the Allegheny Mountains. Now part of Norfolk Southern's Pittsburgh Line, this three-track section sees approximately 50 train movements per day, including Amtrak's twice-daily Pennsylvanian.
