都歷遊客中心為「東部海岸國家風景區管理處」處本部，與阿美族民俗中心相鄰。坐山面海的都歷遊客中心，北望可見成功鎮和三仙台，南眺可見綠島，美麗的山海風情，獨具東海岸的代表性，是歷年來舉辦「月光．海音樂會」的地方，而遊客中心內部，非常適合親子一同玩樂。

戶外廣大的草原，錯落有致地擺放每年大地藝術節的作品，在綠地與海洋襯托之下，不僅適合在這裡坐著體會台東的悠閒，也可以來這邊野餐，享受東海岸迷人的風景，若是遇上「月光．海音樂會」，夜晚還能夠坐在草地伴著海上的月光，聆聽優美的音樂。

This live camera captures the stunning nighttime seascape from Torik Visitor Center, the headquarters of Taiwan's East Coast National Scenic Area. The view sweeps across the Pacific Ocean toward the moonrise, with clear sightlines extending north to the iconic Three Immortals (Sanxiantai) rock formation and south toward Green Island on clear nights. The center sits atop a highland plateau facing the sea, offering visitors an expansive natural stage where the annual Land Arts Festival installations dot the grassy terrain, and the famous Moon Light Sea concert series unfolds against the backdrop of lunar reflections on water. This is an ideal vantage point to experience the poetic serenity of Taiwan's east coast and the profound cultural heritage of the neighboring Amis indigenous community.
