【杉原灣】
杉原灣是都蘭的核心區域，在台11線濱海公路上，離台東市中心僅12公里，從市區出發，只需15分鐘內即可抵達。

杉原灣半月形的海灣和長達1.5公里的沙灘坡度平緩、沙質細緻親人、海水澄澈而無暗潮，還有完整的珊瑚礁群落，十分適合戲水消暑。杉原灣開始發展生態休閒漁業，在這裡，可以享受親近魚兒和自然的完整樂趣。

杉原灣在人文、歷史上亦有重大意義，這裡是阿美族三個部落（加路蘭、刺桐與都蘭）的活動場域，該族稱杉原灣「FUDAFUDAK」，有閃閃發光之意，原住民日常的採集、祭典等都和杉原灣息息相關。附近還有卑南文化的文化遺跡「富山遺址」，若想感受自然和原民歷史的薰陶，杉原灣會是您的最佳選擇！
