Frosty the Lion Enclosure - Wildheart Animal Sanctuary

Frosty came to the Wildheart Animal Sanctuary from West Midlands Safari Park. When the dynamics of the existing lion group there started to pose potential safety problems they needed a safe forever home. Of course, we were more than happy to oblige!

This live camera overlooks one of the sanctuary's outdoor enclosures, where Frosty, a lion, has a naturalistic setting of rocky outcrops, shrubs, bamboo-style plants, and tall trees on a sloping hillside. The view is especially worth watching for anyone interested in big cat care and rescue, since it shows the kind of wooded, rocky habitat a rehomed lion can explore and settle into.
