Duanfen is a town in the southwest of Taishan, Jiangmen, Guangdong Province, about 26 km south of Taicheng. It is one of Taishan's best-known overseas Chinese hometowns (侨乡), with more Duanfen natives living abroad than in the town itself. The area is known for heritage arcade buildings built by returning overseas Chinese, including Moy's Grand Courtyard (梅家大院) and Wong's Buildings (翁家楼), and Haikou Pier, once the main departure point for Taishanese emigrants heading overseas.
