Solent Ships is operated from Town Quay, the Old Town quarter of Southampton, where the Mayflower departed 400 years ago. Utilising various cameras our small crew are dedicated in providing a window onto our historic waterfront in the Solent region.

This live camera is positioned at Netley Cliff Sailing Club overlooking Southampton Water, one of the busiest shipping channels on the south coast of England. Watch a continuous stream of cruise ships, container vessels, tankers, tugs, and ferries as they navigate the Solent estuary. The camera captures the day-to-day maritime activity of this historic port, offering shipspotters an unobstructed view of commercial and passenger traffic against the backdrop of the Hampshire coastline.
