Live from one of Israel's most important remote wildlife sites, the Hula Nature Reserve

For the first ever people will be able to observe wildlife in one of Israel's most important sites, the Hula Nature (Israel Nature and Parks Authority). The Hula nature reserve is a special combination of lake and swamps and is on the most important wetlands for wildlife in the Middle East. The reserve is remnant of the Hula Swamps that were dried up in the 1950's. The reserve is known as an important stop over site for birds such as Eurasian cranes and Great white pelicans. There are also many mammals such as golden jackals, wild boar, Egyptian mongoose and more that frequent the reserve daily.
The camera was added and maintained by the Charter Group of Wildlife Ecology (The Shamir Research Institute and the Department of Geography and Environmental Science of the University of Haifa) and funded by a private donor. The camera was placed in full cooperation with Israel Nature and Parks Authority.

המצלמה הותקנה ומתוחזקת על-ידי 'קבוצת צ'רטר לחקר אקולוגית חיות-הבר' (מכון שמיר למחקר והחוג לגיאוגרפיה ולימודי סביבה באוניברסיטת חיפה) ומומנה על-ידי תורם אנונימי

Watch this live stream to observe the dynamic ecosystem of one of the Middle East's most vital wetlands. The camera captures daily activity across open water and reed-fringed shores where migrating Eurasian cranes and Great white pelicans congregate alongside resident mammals including golden jackals, wild boar, and Egyptian mongoose. This is a rare opportunity for real-time wildlife observation in a protected area normally closed to public access.
