三龜戲水是巴陵地區最具代表性的景致之一，站在桃116線上的觀景平台眺望，可以看見玉峰溪蜿蜒於山脈之中，在河流侵蝕及風化作用的影響下，就彷彿三隻烏龜探出頭來優游戲水一般，而綿延的山巒則是他的龜殼，畫面十分有趣，也令人不禁讚嘆大自然的鬼斧神工。除了河流的侵蝕作用所產生的特殊景象，還可以看見新舊並存的兩座巴陵大橋，以及錯落於山間的小屋及聚落，能充分感受到人的渺小及天地的寬闊。現在透過即時影像，就能線上同步欣賞如此壯闊的景觀，而若是親自前往感受大自然的震撼時，也別忘了順遊周圍的巴陵古道、拉拉山等景點，充分感受復興區的山林之美。

This live camera captures a stunning mountain panorama from the Three Swimming Turtles observation platform in Baling, Fuxing District. The view showcases the Yufeng and Sanguang Rivers converging into the Dahan River below, with the river's winding course through the dense forest creating the natural formation that gives the viewpoint its distinctive name. On clear days, visitors can observe the two Baling Bridges spanning the valley, traditional mountain settlements scattered among the ridges, and the dramatic interplay of erosion and geology that has sculpted this landscape.
