A view over Sixth Avenue and the NY Public Library Jefferson Market Annex clocktower building. Looking along the avenue there are restaurants on this strip. At night many people eating gelato and sitting outside. You are seeing 10th and 11th Streets running across Sixth Ave. The red building on the corner behind the tree is a pizza place. The constant noise is an exhaust fan from restaurant below! Stinks to have it - quieter late night.
