The Waterfront Museum is housed aboard the 1914 Lehigh Valley Railroad Barge #79, listed on the National Register of Historic Places as the last remaining covered, wooden railroad barge afloat today. The Museum's mission is to provide public waterfront access and programs in education, arts and historic preservation. This live camera captures the working harbor of Red Hook, with views of tall ships, maritime traffic, and iconic landmarks including the Statue of Liberty and Manhattan skyline — a dynamic window into New York's historic waterfront and ongoing maritime heritage.
