Constructed between 1909 and 1911, this three-story, Beau Arts style building once housed the coal-fired boilers and generators that provided electricity for Chicago & North Western Railroad's terminal complex. Structured Development redeveloped the property into three interior levels of office and retail space. The Powerhouse is a designated City of Chicago Landmark and is listed in the National Register of Historic Places.
