The live osprey cam at The Wetlands Institute in Stone Harbor is one of those quietly captivating nature streams where “not much” happening is actually the whole point.
The camera is fixed on (or very close to) an osprey nest platform built out in the coastal marsh. These platforms are intentionally installed to help osprey nest safely above the water.
Depending on which feed you open, you might see:
A tight close-up of the nest (sticks, grasses, sometimes fish remains)
A wider shot showing the platform rising above the marsh
Occasionally multiple angles, including cams with audio
