UW-Whitewater Bird Cam – Kettle Moraine, Wisconsin

The UW-Whitewater bird cam is located in Whitewater, Wisconsin within the Kettle Moraine State Forest. This site is excellent for attracting migrants during spring and fall migration and supports many resident species year round. Feeder and food types vary based on season and the site location is rich in native Wisconsin plant species.

This live stream showcases a dedicated backyard bird feeding station with multiple feeders mounted on a wooden platform and surrounding structures, positioned to attract the diverse songbird species that pass through and reside in the Kettle Moraine region. Watch in real time as warblers, woodpeckers, finches, nuthatches, and other woodland birds visit during peak migration periods. The camera captures seasonal activity and offers excellent viewing for bird enthusiasts and nature observers year-round.
