WHAT YOU MIGHT SEE:
African Grey Hornbills, Grey Go-away-birds, Ring-necked Doves, Cape Sparrows, Arrow-marked Babblers, Speckled Mousebirds, Cape and Red-winged Starlings, Black-collared and Crested Barbets, Green Wood Hoopoes, Burchell's Coucals, Black-headed Weavers, Karoo Thrushes, Common Bulbuls, Southern Boubous, Speckled Pigeons, and Hadeda Ibises.
At night, keep an eye out for Lesser Bushbabies, Wahlberg's Epauletted Fruit Bats, and even Large Spotted Genets.
WHAT FOOD IS USED:
A variety of foods are provided to attract different species, including fresh fruit (apples, bananas, pears), nectar water, mixed birdseed, and specially prepared suet and meat.
This is a real, unstaged environment. Wildlife comes and goes naturally.
