This small pocket beach on the East side of Round Island hosts some of the closer views of walrus for visitors, and is the next most popular walrus haulout site. A large central rock near the low tide line provides a focal point for walrus as they come and go. Walrus can often be seen with their heads submerged chiming at the base of this rock. Pigeon guillemots and other sea birds are common visitors to this rock and cove. Look up to the cliff faces for nesting pelagic cormorants and puffins.

This live camera offers an intimate window into the natural behavior of Pacific walrus as they rest and interact on the rocky shores of Round Island in Bristol Bay. Watch for tusked males hauling out, vocalizing, and diving in the cold Bering Sea waters. The surrounding cliffs and coastal ecosystem support abundant seabird activity, making this one of Alaska's most dynamic marine wildlife viewing locations.
