VerifiedWelcome to the Little Miami Conservancy HD LIVE Osprey Cam located on private property along the Little Miami National Wild and Scenic River in SW Ohio USA in Warren County near Morrow, Ohio.
The Little Miami Conservancy Osprey Nest Camera is "UNDER CONSTRUCTION" with the new camera presently located too low to view the nest from above. We are working on getting the camera positioned higher on the "camera pole" in late June 2026 so we can all enjoy the nest bowl from above, and the next generation of Osprey.

Ospreys typically lay 2 to 4 eggs between early April and early May, though timing varies by region. Breeding pairs, which return to the same nest, usually begin courtship in late March, with egg-laying occurring shortly after. Incubation lasts about 4–5 weeks, with eggs hatching between late April and early June.
Ospreys are migratory raptors that travel thousands of miles between northern breeding grounds and southern wintering sites, with journeys taking 4–6 weeks, often covering over 250 miles a day.
The southern migration occurs from August to October, with return journeys starting in February/March. Females often leave first, followed by males, while juveniles often stay in wintering grounds for their first few years.
Ospreys return to their breeding territories in late March or early April. They often travel long distances over water and land, sometimes traveling over 5,000 miles in a round trip. North America Populations mostly migrate to South America, with some staying in the Caribbean basin.
